Delete your Block Smasher account and data
Delete in the game (fastest)
- Open Block Smasher and tap the settings gear.
- Tap Bind Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately deletes your leaderboard (Hall of Fame) entry, your cloud save and your sign-in account, and resets the game's online identity on that device.
Delete by email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@contessasoft.co.zw with the subject "Delete my Block Smasher account", including your Hall of Fame nickname and country, or the Google account email you signed in with. We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your Hall of Fame entries (nickname, country, best Classic score, Adventure stars and highest level).
- Your cloud save (best score, Adventure progress, settings, skin, hint balance, ad-removal status, games played).
- Your sign-in account and its link to your Google account.
What is kept
Nothing linked to you is kept by us. Purchase records are held by Google Play under its own policy. Ad data collected by Google AdMob is governed by Google's policies. Progress saved on your device is removed when you uninstall the game.
Note: deleting your account removes cloud copies of purchases such as Remove Ads; you can restore Google Play purchases later from the game's settings.
