Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Block Smasher game published by Contessasoft ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. The game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. The game, its artwork, sounds, voices and code belong to Contessasoft and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer it, or use cheats, bots or modified versions.
2. Hall of Fame and nicknames
Leaderboard nicknames are public. Don't use names that are offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information. We may rename or remove leaderboard entries that break these rules or that we believe were achieved by cheating.
3. Purchases
You can buy optional items through Google Play: Remove Ads (a one-time purchase that removes banner and between-game ads, and also gives 5 free hints every day and instant revives without watching a video) and hint packs (hints added to your balance and used up as you play). Prices are shown before you buy. Purchases are handled by Google Play and its refund policy applies; except where the law requires, purchases are non-refundable and hint balances have no cash value. Sign in with Bind Account to keep purchases and progress if you change device.
4. Ads
The game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Reward ads are always optional.
5. Your account
Binding a Google account is optional. You're responsible for your device and Google account. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or its features (including leaderboards) at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to play after changes means you accept them.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Contessasoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
